Membership types determine your access level:
Payment cycles only determine how often you pay — weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
The membership benefits stay the same regardless of which payment cycle you choose. Longer cycles simply offer better value through discounted rates.
Weekly and Monthly memberships: Yes, you can cancel anytime with no lock-in period.
Quarterly and Yearly memberships: These are paid upfront at discounted rates and cannot be cancelled mid-term, except under exceptional circumstances (medical reasons, relocation 35km+, serious hardship).

Your membership cost is the only fee you will pay. No hidden charges. No surprise add-ons. If you don't want to be a long-term member - try our Casual Shooting option for one-off sessions!
No need. ArcLab will supply everything from a range of basketballs, warm-up and cool-down equipment up to the technology and facility. It is as simple as bringing yourself and a pair of shoes you can train in!
Yes - ArcLab is designed with safety in mind. Our member only access through a QR entry system prevents any unauthorised people entering the venue at any time. We have 24/7 CCTV that is remotely monitored and all equipment is simple, easy to use, and safe. Parents are recommended to supervise for children under 16 as the venue is not staffed at all times.
Simply select your preferred membership plan and create an account. Utilise our app or website to book in a court at your desired time. Arrive at the venue, scan in, and start training - it's that easy.
Off peak times are early morning (12am-6am), late nights (9pm-12am), or during school times (10am-4pm). These windows offer more flexibility and quieter sessions.

Being an athlete comes with the unfortunate downside of occasional injuries. We understand this. So pausing a membership is something we are happy to help. Let us know so we can review your situation and we will see what we can do!
